BINOKOR TEMIR BETON SERVIS
JV LLC "Binokor Temir Beton Servis" is one of the modern and leading enterprises in the field of production of reinforced concrete products and ready-mixed concrete in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Today, the plant's production capacity allows it to produce more than 2,000 m3 of commercial concrete and more than 300 m3 of process concrete per day. Over the past few years, the company has mastered and launched production lines for the production of more than 50 types of new reinforced concrete products and structures in various modifications.
The range of manufactured products covers almost all areas of construction and can be said to be quite extensive. Mainly, reinforced concrete products and structures for industrial and civil construction are manufactured and supplied.
Our mission
The plant operates a universal line of bench-type formwork-free molding, equipped with a modern molding machine - "Tecnospan" made in Spain, which allows for the production of prestressed reinforced concrete products for various purposes, these are mainly floor slabs type PB widely used in the construction of residential and public buildings. The line of formwork-free molding is universal in that it can also produce such products as curbs, edge trays, fence posts, lintels and other products of constant cross-section.
Our goals
The quality control department equipped with modern mobile and operational devices performs incoming, operational and acceptance control of products and production processes. Due to the large number of nomenclature, products manufactured at our plant and for the production of high-quality products, more than 30 qualified employees work in the quality control department. The service of the chief technologist and the production and technical department promptly and efficiently process incoming orders in accordance with regulatory documents and individual projects.
Our achievements
At the plant of JV OOO “Binokor Temir Beton Servis” there is an accredited laboratory that tests products for physical and mechanical properties
In addition to manufactured products, the laboratory tests, according to the scope of accreditation, binders, reinforcement and all inert materials arriving at the plant. In the accredited laboratory, more than 25 employees perform their job responsibilities in a qualified manner.
